Lovey is the daughter of Poppy. She is indeed "lovey". She is bred to be a first freshener this summer.

Mad Hen Poppy is our herd queen. She's been with us nearly two years. She was quite shy when she joined us, but with patience and a certain understanding that I was working for her greater good, she has become rather lovable! She looks out for the herd with the chatty diligence of a mother hen.
